One - on - one private lesson between 9am – 3:30pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday boxing plus 4 rounds of Muay Thai.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Sparing plus 4 rounds of Muay Thai.
Training morning session starts at 07:00am - 09:00am
07:00am Run for 30minutes longer if you are fighting.
07:30am Shadow box for 2 rounds with trainer follow trainers instructions.
07:40am Warm up on the bag for 2 rounds. Kicking, punching, elbowing etc.
Pad work with the teacher will include kicking, kneeing, elbowing etc for 3 - 4 rounds.
Kick the bags 50 times each leg for 5 sets
Knee the bags 100 times with no stopping for 5 sets (If you are getting ready to fight you would do more.)
Sit ups/ free weights.
Cool down stretching.
Training evening session starts at 04:30pm - 06:30pm
04:00pm Run for 30 minutes
Skipping for 10 minutes.
Shadow box follow the trainers instructions.
Kick the pads with trainers for 3 - 4 rounds. Longer if you are fighting.
Bag work for 3 rounds.
Clinching for 30 mintues with other students / trainers
Kick bags 50 times 5 - 10 sets no stopping with each leg.
Knee bags 100 times 5 sets no stopping.
Pull ups.
Cool down stretching.
Prices for training
1 group session 250Bht
One - on - one session with trainer 500Bht per hour.
1 week’s group training 1,500Bht
1 months group training 5,000Bht this allows you to train morning and evening.
Discounts can be given to groups or gyms.
